Dubai -The Role Responsible for setting up a Holiday Home Company in Dubai - company and provide leadership and management to the various departments • Establish sound working relationships with OTAs, communities’ groups and organizations • Provide training and performance feedback to team members • Scheduling workload to meet priorities and targets • Responsible for achieving financial results set by the owners • Resolving contractual and commercial issues and disputes • Ensure to develop and upload new sales channels • Monitor incoming telephonic traffic and email reservations via marketplaces • Ability to work with people from different cultural backgrounds while maintaining cordial relationships with all of them • Coordinate with website developer, online payment gateway etc • Yield management on properties ensuring that units are rented out with good ROI for owners of apartment • Maximize occupancy keeping in consideration the annual rent of the apartment and the tariff offered by hotels nearby • Be updated with market trends and special offers of other competitors • Regular meetings with Management team to ensure quality and effectiveness • Daily communications with Operations team and direct communications with clients Requirements Minimum Experience of 3 years in a similar field • Experience with Holiday Home is a must • Must be an Arabic speaker • Good communication skills • Good leadership skills • Bachelor degree in Business Management or any similar field About the company Tiger Group start was in Construction Field through Tiger Contracting Company that was established in Sharjah - UAE in 1976, and now it is one of the largest groups in the region.
