Dubai -Full-time, PermanentAED5,500 - AED6,500 a monthDescription: Manage high value and prestigious flooring sites from conception through to handoverAllocate site resources as required to complete sites on time and within budgetEnsure all materials are on site within the required timescalesConduct pre and post installation inspections and report on Sales Order variationsReport to management on any potential problems that may arise on siteMonitor quality of workmanshipGive instruction to the installation teams as requiredBe the main point of contact between Floorworld and the client during installationConduct site kick off meetingsResponsible for submittal and receipt of completion certificatesDeal with complaints and aftersalesDocument all communications with clients and update the company CRM accordinglyEnsure all site HSE requirements are being followedRequirements: Must be fluent in English both written and oral (Hindi or Urdu advantageous)Must have UAE driving licenseMust have minimum 2 years’ experience of UAE construction industryHave a good understanding of the Interiors and Fit Out Industry (Flooring experience a distinct advantage)Be confident and very well presentedHave the ability to negotiate and deal with stakeholders at all levelsMust have impeccable timekeepingMust be organised and be able to manage multiple sites everydayA willingness to learn and be a strong team playerGood working knowledge of HSE practicesWill need to have a hands on approach to workBenefits: Company Medical InsuranceCar with Salik paidLaptopPhoneAnnual return ticket30 days annual leaveFull time – Saturday – Thursday - 8.00 am – 5.00 pmJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: AED5,500.00 to AED6,500.00 /monthExperience:Interior and fit out Industry: 1 year (Preferred)
