Dubai - Healthcare CityJob Summary: Direct interaction with clients personally and both inbound and outbound via telephone, email, mail and fax; includes transaction processing using a computer and hospital information system.Duties and Responsibilities : Receives and promptly resolves client inquiries concerning services, facilities, technology, health professional skills, events, organizational news and general health inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism.Effectively executes inbound and outbound client communications with quality in accordance with standard call strategies and client expectations (talk time, hold time etc.)Assumes ownership for inquiries made by the client until such time the issue is dispatched to another service entity e.g. admission room, administration, laser and spa, etc.Utilizes a client relationship management system to document client interaction including resolutions and required follow-up.Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and / or troubleshooting. Actively engages in client database development and mining.Keeps up-to-date and proficient on new product and service enhancements and changes via in-house training, seminars, documentation, etc. and actively participates in training programs designed to enhance service skills.Communicates with clients using phone or web-based tools and demonstrates the associated proficiency in typing and grammar.Has broad working knowledge of American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery Hospital(AACSH) practices and operations demonstrates continued and consistent proficiency in most of the skill sets utilized within a AACSH reception.May assist in training new employees.Performs any other tasks and duties appropriate in his/her realm of knowledge, skills and experience as required.Education and Training : High school diploma or bachelors degree; Accounting or Marketing is preferred.Professional Experience : A minimum of 1 plus years of strong customer service (Receptionist or Front Desk Clerk), call center or marketing experience is preferred in a healthcare facility or hotel.Specialized Knowledge : Excellent command of written and oral English. Knowledge of Arabic language will be an advantage.Must speak clearly and have exceptional phone etiquette.
