Senior Accountant - Cryo-Save-Dubai
Dubai -AED8,000 a month1. Handling Drs, Hospitals fee and preparing the cash, cheques or fund transfers.2. Coordinating with the lab to create LPOs with proper expense head and payment terms.3. Resolving the inventory issues and continuous monitoring to stock movement with month-end inventory audit.4. Reconciling suppliers’ ledgers, recording suppliers’ invoices and preparing the payments as per5. credit term.6. Coordinating with the bank to fix DDAs, fund transfers, payroll or all other payment-related issues.7. Reconciliation of all samples processed with all sales invoices to make sure all invoices are done on time with proper sales packages.8. Handling all cash payment collections, depositing and reconciling them from time to time.9. Reconciliation of all expense heads to make sure all expenses are recording with proper account head.10. Calculation of Deferred revenue and cost on a monthly basis as per International accounting standards and recording them properly.11. Preparing monthly receivable aging report to make sure all clients are paying on time and have PDCs.12. Doing follow-up with all clients who’s DDAs are wrong or incomplete and coordinating with the sales team to collect PDCs.13. Preparing fix asset schedule and recording depreciation or amortization as per schedule on a monthly bases.14. Preparing the final accounts, comparison with budgeted numbers and with last year YTD numbers.15. Recording of all VAT invoices properly and reconciliation of VAT Input/Output.16. Submitting VAT returns and all required documents to Federal Tax authorities until we received VAT refund.17. Keeping all records/files up to date for the audit.18. Coordinating with DHCC with all property and car parking cards leasing agreements.19. Coordinating with insurance companies for property and all other insurances.20. Coordination with Customs to resolve CSA license migration issues and all other customs issues.21. Troubleshooting devices and fixing SAP or all other IT related issues on time.22.
