Dubai -Job Description: Job Description: Required minimum of 8 years of application development experience and a good level of working experience on IBM BPM 8.5. He should have in-depth knowledge and Understanding of the various stages involved in granting finance to a customer (Retail and corporate) like credit underwriting, valuation, documentation etc. Experience working on Oracle Flex cube, FCDB, IBM FileNet and CRM System is added advantage He should have in-depth knowledge and Understanding of how the cash collections (collections of cash from customers who default on EMI) process works. Knowledge of DPD, Collection buckets, promise to pay PTP. Ability to build of Business Process Design (BPD), Client Side and Heritage Coach, General System services and Integration services, UCA etc. Ability to write Stored Procedures and Functions in PLSQL. Knowledge on Integration of IBM BPM with File Net** (document Management system) , Web services, Active Directory. Experience of deployment of Process App using deployment manager. Background in web technologies (e.g. HTML5, CSS and JavaScript), Should be able to handle changes in the existing User Interface and Build New coach Designs. Creation of custom java packages and exposing the .JAR files to be used in BPM. Prior experience with implementing integration service using IBM BPM, Process Designer, custom toolkits application Toolkit. Integration of Web services. Extensive knowledge of WebSphere administration. Extensive working experience on Oracle DB 11g OR 12c. Familiarity with Oracle specific tools and utilities like Oracle PLSQL Developer In-depth knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL programming and fine tuning. Experience in writing packages, procedures, functions, triggers, etc. Experience in writing complex queries for reports Experience of working on applications in a financial domain is a must. Responsibilities: Experience in Requirement Gathering & Analysis and translation of business requirements into functional/technical specifications. Application Support to end users on existing Processes (Loan Origination and Cash Collections) built on IBM BPM 8.5.7. Undertake changes based on Business requirements and deploy changes post UAT in Production. Preparing High Level and Low-level design documents. Deployment of builds into UAT and Production using Deployment Manager. Perform performance enhancement to enhance user experience. Design services to carry out business logic's and integrating with external environment
