Ensuring highest level of customer experience, promoting Company as a brand.Key Responsibilities: * Liaise with Sales Executive to identify suitable profitable leads.* Generate leads over the phone, email.* Categorize leads received from lead generation campaigns.* Enter and update data in CRM.* Raise initial interest of the potential clients, be able to brief potential clients on the services offered by Company, its unique selling points and advantages, taking into consideration main triggers.* Be able to work with client’s objections effectively.* Keep records and prepare reports.* Other task as requested by management.Skills and qualities: Proven telesales experience.Real estate background is a plus.Proven experience with CRM.Tolerance to stress and ability to handle rejections from client.Systematic person.Self-organization, time management, team player.Strong communication and interpersonal skills: in person, on the phone and written.Languages: Fluent English is a MUST.
