Job Duties : • Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed. • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly budget variance reports. • Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded. • Prepare daily bank deposits and summary of Cash Receipts Journal. • Preparing and checking ledger balances and other monthly and yearly accounts. • Completing and submitting tax returns, VAT returns and National Insurance contributions. • Handling company expenses and payroll systems that pay wages and salaries. • Daily maintain check-list and update the data in computer system. • Reconciliation of stocks, dispatches and transmitting data in to the computer system. Requirements : • Bachelor of Commerce degree • Previous relevant experience preferred. • Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills. • Excellent accounting software user.

Dubai -Reviewing the proposals with user department to ensure the proposals received are in line with the requirements. Obtaining competitive proposals from minimum three approved/prequalified vendors as per the approved product specifications. Effectively negotiate the commercial terms and deliverables and provide fare chance to every bidder to submit their final proposals. Preparing the LPO as per the approved Purchase Request is workflow incorporating all deliverable terms, warranty details if any, insurance coverage if applicable, payment terms & other relevant terms applicable. To handle vendor, user department and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report complaints & problems to superiors if no immediate solution can be found for assistance. Exercised responsible management and behavior at all times and positively representing the hotel management team and Hyatt International. Qualifications Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Finance or Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 1-2 years work experience in Procurement department. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
