Job Duties : Assist to ensure compliance of activities with communication strategy Develop key promotional messages in consultation with the Hospital Staff Assist in conducting awareness-raising campaigns, events, information dissemination workshops, etc. for target groups Take lead in the dissemination of communication materials to relevant stakeholders Maintain documentation management system Preparing & Publishing Newsletter monthly/ Quarterly Visitors Album and comments book Disseminate learning from success stories or incidents to all staff Role to play in Grand staff communication Review Communication plans of Vision Mission Values and Corporate objectives Design communications for internal announcements The officer may be required to perform duties that are beyond the scope of the job description in mutual discussion and agreement with the supervisor. Qualifications and requirements : At least 3 years of professional work experience in executing communication. Ability to work in a team and to sometimes tight deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment Very good mastering of English and Arabic Ability to create new ideas including creative contributions Proficient in the use of computer applications related to the tasks.
