Dubai -Responsibilities Recording of all bank transactions related to the cash & credit cards deposits and othertransactions other than accounts receivables entries. Prepare for the daily deposits of cash collections to the companies bank accounts on a dayto day basis. Verification of final salary register every month and to pass the corresponding entries in thebook. Performs other works/duties as assigned by the seniors. To guide and assist the outsourced accounts team in India. Determines content and assembles data in order to prepare monthly reports for review. Reconciles transactions, financial data, and other information to an automated accountingsystem. Pre-audits, verifies, and processes employee expense claims reviewing rules for employeecompliance. Interprets and applies instructions and guidelines to resolve work problems. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes. Performs other related duties as assigned.
