Dubai -AED17,000 a monthJob Responsibilities: Explain at a high-level in two or three sentences the main purpose of the job and why the job exists and how it contributes to the company and departmental end-results.Assist the Senior Managers in the delivery of assigned commercial projects within DA leased and leasable areas, through the full project lifecycle from initiation to close-out.DA Commercial undertakes a large number of tenant-related projects throughout the year, varying from small installations (ATMs, Vending machines, kiosks) to larger scale tenant fitout works (retail concessions, spas, bars & restaurants), airline lounges, and offices. Tenant premises are spread out across both DWC and DXB estates, including Cargo buildings, Flower Centre, all Terminals and Concourses.This Officer position is necessary to ensure Senior Managers – Commercial Projects use their time more efficiently and still have complete, accurate oversight on all their projects.The job holder will be responsible for the majority of tenant site visits, data collection and follow-up activities that require less managerial skills, as well as attend and document interim inspections, workshops and meetings.Tenant fit-out and demolition projects have a tendency to hit avoidable obstacles at each phase of design, permitting, and construction, and these delays directly affect the airport revenue as well as passenger experience and our reputation amongst current and prospective International tenants.The Commercial Projects team is responsible for ensuring commercial units open for business on time, while still meeting DA quality, safety and process requirements.C: Minimum Qualifications / ExperienceDegreeUniversity level diploma or equivalent professional qualification (Engineering, Architectural, Interior Design or Construction Management related field) Professional Qualifications/Regulatory RequirementsProject Management and/or Construction Safety certifications preferred but not necessary.Experience: Overall Experience (In Years) Relevant Experience (In Years)5 years minimum 3 years in an interior commercial fit-out related fieldIndustryRetail, F&B, hotel fitout in Malls or Airports Core Activities Experience3 years minimumTools and Systems Experience:AutoCAD; Microsoft Office;Job Type: Full-timeSalary: AED17,000.00 /monthExperience:Tools and Systems Experience: AutoCAD; Microsoft Office: 3 years (Required)Project Management and/or Construction Safety certifications: 3 years (Preferred)
