They are looking for an experienced Insurance Broker who has an already established network amongst High Net Worth Clients and Private banks within the UAE to expand the organisations presence and offerings within the Middle East. The purpose of this role will be to provide high net worth individuals with unrivalled life insurance and wealth management advice. You will support in leveraging the organization as one of the market leaders and preferred brokers amongst HNWIs and private bankers. This role will be responsible for building the brands partner network and presence within the UAE market through establishing strong business relationships with preferred financial institutions and retaining existing clients through upselling/cross selling opportunities and regular policy servicing reviews. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate excellent negotiating skills and in depth knowledge of life insurance offerings. Alongside the day to day responsibilities of this role you will be required to engage in business development activities through arranging and conducting client events to market the company’s services and convert attendees/prospects of the events. Successful candidates should hold a bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant field. To be considered for this role you should have a strong background in the Insurance/Financial services industry with a minimum of 5 years professional experience working for an insurance broker or private bank in an insurance specialist role.
