Dubai -We're on the hunt for a talented Videographer and Editor in Dubai - who can demonstrate a passion for video, creative thinking and storytelling abilities. The required candidate should have energy and enthusiasm and be able to work hard on a variety of projects. The candidate will shoot and assist in editing and will use his/her extended knowledge in the digital / social media marketing.You’ll be expected to have a good knowledge of trends in the video and social media industries and apply them to your work. Create highly engaging complex animations for a diverse array of media, including smartphones, tablets and the web.Work with illustrators, designers and instructional designers to understand the project scope and objectives.Assist in the creation of animation storyboards.Prepare conceptual layouts for the motion graphic project.Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.Provide accurate time estimates for each part of the process.Assist in selecting appropriate audio, graphic and animation styles for the project.Encoding, converting and editing videos and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.Support the design and illustration team with photo editing, bespoke illustration and icon design. * Responsible for training and developing others in the use of animation software.Insert music, sound, or optical effects.Use nonlinear digital editing systems to edit clips.Work with work prints to organize the scenes and transitions that make up a film.Create edit decision lists to correspond to the edge numbers.Edit film for commercials, station identification, and public service messages on television films and tapes.Work on feature films, television programs, music videos, corporate training videos or advertisements.Develop 3D multimedia projects involving computer graphics.Video-editing proficiency is also required.Use creativity, imagination, judgment, skills, and experience to design life-like animations.Create 3D designs and develop animationsResponsibilities on the Set: Film videos on set or on location.Ensure that equipment for a shoot is present and working.Plan the shoot with the creative team and the client.Edit film until it meets the director's specifications.Watch scenes and determine which will end up on the cutting room floor.Rearrange scenesWork with and manipulate raw camera footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics, and special effects.Determine which camera angles to use.Knowledgeable in content creation Experience in camera operation, DSLR & digital video cameras, sound equipment and the overall production process is essential Knowledge of safe work practices,
