Dubai -We are looking for an efficient Property Manager to manage the daily operations of properties, advertise vacant properties, and handle tenant relations. The Property Manager's responsibilities include managing financial matters, coordinating maintenance work, enforcing leases, and preparing performance reports.To be successful as a Property Manager you should be able to ensure efficient daily operations and meet financial objectives. Ultimately, an outstanding Property Manager should be able to increase property value and satisfy tenant requirements.Property Manager Responsibilities: Tenant Perspective Role: · Attracting new tenants through advertising, property viewings, and encouraging referrals.· Interviewing tenants and running credit checks.· Setting rental rates, negotiating and enforcing lease agreements.· Addressing tenant complaints and inspecting vacated units.· Contracting and supervising repairs and maintenance work.· Collecting rent, dealing with late payments, and handling operating expenses.· Maintaining records of income, expenses, signed leases, complaints, maintenance, etc.· Preparing reports on the financial performance of properties.· Terminating leases and initiating eviction proceedings.Landlord Perspective Role: · Identifying business opportunities with current and prospective property owners· Maintaining relationships with larger clients by providing information, support and guidance· Analyzing opportunities by researching the industry and market trends· Identifying new areas, vacant units and engaging with owners, building managers to rent out their units.· Planning and executing solutions for the sales team to deliver to customers· Mentoring sales team members· Preparing reports by collecting sales information and statisticsProperty Manager Requirements: · High school diploma / GED.· Degree in real estate, property management, business administration, hotel management or a related hospitality field preferred.· Experience as a Property Manager or in a similar role.· Basic working knowledge of property regulations.· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management softwares.· Understanding of marketing and accounting principles.· Strong organizational and time management skills.· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.· Good customer service skillsPackage Details: · Salary – Aed 5000 – Aed 7000 per month. + Variable commission & Bonus based on performance· Medical Insurance· Travel Allowance· Return air ticket to home· 30 days annual leave.About Us: HOPO Homes is a UAE based company providing fully furnished & equipped ready to shift co-living homes, designed by professionals keeping in mind the needs of expats in a pocket friendly and hassle free procedure.We are a Prop - Tech Company that aims to provide a comfortable, hassle free, tech enabled, seamless experience with additional value on rental accommodations service for the owners & tenants.
