Dubai -We are looking for a Head - Contracts Administration to join the Commercial team of North 25 Project Management LLC. The Head - Contracts Administration will be responsible to provide & lead contractual and administration support to the project management team in relation to all contracts/ projects within North25. Key Accountabilities Responsible on all contracts under execution, particularly construction projects but also for design and supply services contracts. Liaising with Finance to ensure efficient processing payments. Proactively monitoring contracts under execution, ensuring the KPI’s of the contracts are within acceptable limits and taking action should they not be e.g programme and cash flow. Ensuring all insurances. Bonds and securities are in effect and to the required levels specifies in the contract. Reviewing any variations, claims and EOT’s in conjunction with the tendering and projects management. Ensuring final accounts and project close out reports are issued and agreed within the approved period upon project completion. Developing and maintaining a log of all live projects, showing the KPI’s in a summary format for review by the senior management. Assisting in developing, implementing and maintaining the policies and procedures for the overall departments. Assisting in developing and maintaining a quality assurance system to ensure accuracy and completeness of the documents. Qualifications Preference will be given to qualified candidates who meet the below requirements: Bachelor’s / master’s degree in Supply Chain Management / Civil Engineering. Minimum of 14 years’ experience. Experience in Supply Chain Management & ERP System Technical knowledge and experience in the industry along with Project Management skills.

Main Responsibilities Proactively provide legal advice to internal departments on legal matters, in particular: Advise sales team on all legal and insurance aspects of bid proposals and tenders submitted to Company's clients; assist in the negotiation of seismic contracts to ensure terms and conditions mitigate risk and align with Company policy and capacity; Advise marine acquisition team on charter hires (vessels and aviation), ship agency agreements and other contracts relevant for vessel operations; Advise technology and supply chain teams on various supply agreement; Manage contractual disputes as appropriate. Work closely with internal tax advisor to determine potential tax implications for international projects and prepare agreements between companies within the Company Group incorporating applicable transfer pricing principles. Evaluate and determine whether external legal advice is required and advise relevant internal department on such matters. Assist in drafting and revision of Company standard agreements and other legal documents as required. Assist in drafting, monitoring and developing internal control routines and procedures. Obtain and coordinate insurance terms for contracts/projects, including liaison with nominated insurance brokers and insurance underwriters. Manage and coordinate certain commercial claims and disputes. Assist and support the General Counsel as necessary. Occasional travel worldwide, sometimes at short notice. Required Competencies Qualified lawyer with minimum 4 years contract law experience, preferably part in an international law firm and part working with a service company in the oil and gas industry. Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English. Detail oriented, hands-on, driven and able to cope with demanding deadlines. Focus on quality and efficiency, with positive commitment to EHSQ. Dependable and able to deliver contribution with little direction.
