We are looking to appoint a Deputy Head of Primary who has the enthusiasm, commitment and energy needed to work in a rapidly growing and improving school. The Post Due to continued expansion we are looking for a Deputy Head of Primary at Star International School Mirdif. For the right candidate this post may evolve into a Head of Primary role within 2-3 years. As a result we are looking for either an existing Deputy Head of Primary, or someone who has worked in leadership positions across Primary who is ready for the next step in their career. The Deputy Head of Primary would assist the Vice Principal in the running of the Primary phase of the school. They would also be expected to take a proactive role in supporting the running of the Primary phase, whilst making strong links with the Head of EYFS and Head of Secondary. The role requirements are: To play an active part in the Senior Leadership Team Contribute to the day to day leadership and management of the Primary School To deputise for the Vice Principal as and when required To lead the school in teaching and learning Lead the tracking and assessment of student attainment and progress for Primary To demonstrate a full and professional commitment to excellence in primary education To work with the Vice Principal in strategic priority planning To encourage student participation in School life To ensure the physical and mental well-being of all the students As such, applicants with management experience and a proven record of having significant impact in your current post would be preferred. You will provide various planning and booking services, including answering customers’ questions, making travel suggestions, and booking rooms and tickets.To be successful as a Reservation Agent you must be able to work with minimal supervision and have excellent customer service skills.
