Dubai -Blue Eyes Bottled Drinking Water is looking for a full-time HR Coordinator to deliver a proactive and flexible HR service by providing relevant and appropriate HR support to all employees, whilst driving best practice and ensuring compliance with all company procedures, documented policies, and employment legislation. The HR Coordinator is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following: Undertake the full range of staff recruitment and selection processes within agreed timeframes, including advice and support to line management, drafting and placing advertisements, drafting interview questions, coordinating candidate information and interviews, preparation of selection reports, conducting reference checks, preparing offers of employment, etc. Proactively provide consistent HR support to employees on day-to-day issues and inquiries, and answer non-routine requests for information and policy interpretation. Maintains employee information and attendance tracking using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) database. Assist with administration of company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with UAE Labor Law. Coordinate with PRO for employee visa & contract renewals and other tasks jobs related to various Government departments. Support HR projects linked to short and long term HR strategy deliverables to the business. Support with the preparation of weekly/monthly/quarterly employee reports including turnover, project updates and recruitment data for management reporting. Coordinate with the insurance broker to resolve and assist with medical insurance inquiries. Undertake initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery to meet challenges. Prepare documentation for employees such as contracts, salary certificates, employee letters, etc. in line with local labor laws and as per operational requirements. Generate inputs for payroll and attendance records. Coordinate with travel partners to support the business travel of employees. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, organizational development, or a related degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, including in-depth experience in employee relations and delivering on a wide range of HR initiatives across a large organization. Females on their spouse visa will be preferred. Package: 2000-2500 AED (Based on the experience).
