The job Description is as under-Role and Responsibility of Floor Supervisor1. Responsible for smooth operation of the restaurants and cafe in the area.2. Responsible for the performance of staff on the floor3. Ensures that the entire operation is performed as per the laid down standards.4. To organise immediately the guest needs under intimation to EHK/Executive.5. Manage guest requests, including VIP amenities and communicating them to the relevant team members6.Achieve positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner7.Control and ensure as per the F & B Service operating standards8.To ensure proper hygiene of working staff and floor conditions9.Ensure Clubs policies are being adhered to10.Oversee stock record and report any damageRoles & responsibilities of Server : Take food and drink orders from customers accurately and with a positive attitude.Write patrons' food orders on order slips, memorize orders, or enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff.Engage with customers in a friendly manner.Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions.Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.Collect payments from tables.Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes.Help food preparation staff when necessary.We are looking for candidates from the F&B industry with experience in managing the floor operations preferably in a club setting.Candidate must be fluent in English and should be a High School graduate /Diploma.*The salary range is from 2000 AED to 2500 AED +Accommodation+Allowances+ Food+ ticket every 2 years + Medical & Life insurance + tip. for Supervisor and 1500 + Accommodation+Allowances+ Food+ ticket every 2 years + Medical & Life insurance + tip for Server.Please send your cv to aparupa.biswas(a)zedergroup.com if you are available in Dubai - for interview and have the required experienceJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: AED1,500.00 to AED2,500.00 /monthExperience:F&B: 2 years (Required)Location:Dubai - (Required)
