Dubai -YESBUY GENERAL TRADING LLC is recruiting a well-experienced HR MANAGER with FMCG experience.JOB ROLE: · Lead as a key business partner to senior leaders and managers to optimize employee engagement, team development, and organization effectiveness· Lead recruitment efforts with a focus on bringing in diverse talent and building a talent pipeline· Drive key HR strategies and initiatives to support business strategic and operational goals· Manage key HR processes, including annual salary planning, compensation, bi-annual performance feedback cycle, leadership development review, employee training and development, and employee relations· Lead multi-site HR team to effectively meet and exceed customer expectations and drive continuous improvement· Conduct timely investigations, prepare documentation and make appropriate recommendations· Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies· Lead team HR professional team· Lead client organizations in the development of the annual reviews, organization structure development, job design, staffing, compensation, and organization change effectiveness· Partner with business leaders on multiple human resources issues including; policies, legislation processes, and practices; evaluation development of personnel, annual reviews, and compensation plans· Responsible for implementation of process improvement including; leading change initiatives, planning, facilitation, staffing, pipeline and talent development· Provide leadership for the development and execution of organizational vision and structure· Work with leaders and employees to establish and maintain a positive work environment, encouraging the full use of diverse talents and abilities· Act as an employee advocate and drive various corporate and division business initiatives· Identify recruiting needs, develop the pipeline of qualified candidates,· Drive HR processes such as; e-HR dashboard, annual HR review, organizational effectiveness, and performance management· Responsible for investigations, conflict resolution, employee communications, and management coachingREQUIREMENTS: · Bachelor's Degree· At least 4 years of progressive HR experience· 3+ years Management Experience, multi-locations / matrix environment a plus· Expertise in HR functional areas including recruiting/talent assessment, performance management, career development, reward and recognition programs.· Experience in working in highly matrixed and distributed organizations· Demonstrated ability to drive HR processes and to deliver high-quality HR services in a fast-paced, high change environment· Develops appropriate human resource plans in support of key business needs in a dynamic, changing environment.· Develops/implements appropriate change management plans as required.· Identifies key human resource needs and develops appropriate solutions and partners with other internal human resource areas to provide a full complement of services to the organization.· Conducts annual reviews of organizational design.· Implements and monitors adherence to all organization-specific Human Resource-related policies, procedures and practices.
