Dubai -About the Role This is an incredible opportunity for a recruitment professional with full cycle recruitment experience to take on an exciting new role with our global company. Due to the continued expansion of our International schools in the UAE and exciting growth in to new GCC markets, we are recruiting for an additional experienced recruiter to join the existing team at our Head Office in Dubai -, UAE. Working in partnership with the GEMS Education network of schools, our recruiters are responsible for the full 360 recruitment cycle, advertising, shortlisting, interviewing and facilitating final stage interviews with the school leadership teams, ensuring all staffing requirements are met. Our team specializes in acquiring more than 1500 new hires annually from the top talent in the global education market including the UK, US, Canada, India, Middle East and Asia. Being a recruiter with GEMS Education is not your typical 9 – 5 role. Our team thrives in a fast paced, dynamic and competitive market; Therefore we are especially keen to speak with candidates that are strategically minded, motivated and able to think outside of the box in order to achieve their goals.
