Camp Manager - MBM GULF ELECTROMECHANICAL L.L.-Dubai

SUPERVISORY - STAFF  Be present opening day of camp to assist Extension Youth Staff in setting up camp  Assist Camp Clover Point Camp Committee in orientating camp staff (prior to and during camp); assist with Counselor Training Camp as assigned  Supervise all camp staff and assign additional duties as needed  Oversee and carry out the operations of each camp group’s programming schedule and activities, ensuring a healthy, positive camping environment  Plan daily events as needed; post and announce schedules  Liaison with State Park Personnel - as to park rules, buildings, equipment and supplies  Enforce camp rules and regulations; model standards for conduct as they pertain to camp staff, camp counselors and campers  Support and guide the development of camp counselors in each camp group  Manage all permanent camp facilities, check conditions of camp grounds before and after each group; inform state park personnel of needed repairs and equipment  Purchase any additional camp supplies, as directed by the Extension Youth Staff, that are needed beyond the regular ordering of food and camp supplies  Make sure light maintenance is done, including trash pickup, cleaning and replenishing common use areas and bathrooms; keep camp grounds neat and clean  Oversee the packing up of all supplies and equipment on closing day of c& make sure that all containers are properly stored  Final authority in decisions in operating of camp and programs is left to the Extension Youth Staff, not the Camp Manager.2. FINANCIAL AND RECORD KEEPING  Record daily camp attendance  Maintain a record of any and all bills including mileage, accompanied by original receipts  Keep a daily record of milk consumption  Document all camp incidents  With the assistance of camp staff at the closing of camp, inventory all property, recreation equipment, crafts and craft equipment, kitchen equipment, waterfront equipment, etc.,  Submit camp staff notebooks and a final camp report to Camp Clover Point Camp Committee of all records, camp incidents, inventory sheets, equipment needed and other recommendations, staff evaluation, etc. within two weeks of close of campJob Type: Full-timeSalary: AED3,000.00 to AED5,000.00 /month

Dubai -JOB PROFILE Department Job Position Accounts Supervisor - Order to Cash Reports to Finance Manager Location Jebal Ali - Dubai - Main purpose of the role a. Follow up and receive payments from customers (3rd parties and concern customers) on timely basis b. Review & reconcile statement of accounts for all Customers c. Ensure to receive advance money from Joint ventures for last week of the month for forecasted sales d. Handle all queries independently raised by customers e. Independently handle Interim and final audit requirements by external auditors f. Produce and report Customer balances and overdue reports on timely basis with reasons and comments g. Review recoverable account on regular basis and ensure all debit notes has been raised on timely basis h. Compliance of all O2C controls i. Review relevant portion of trial balance to reduce Value at risk j. Provide relevant information for forecast and actual working capital and assist in finding reasons for variances k. Actively support in O2C process improvement for Levant l. Handle customer claims management independently and ensure claims are paid/adjusted on timely basis m.Co-ordinate between Capgemini and Levant team for resolving all queries/issues on timely basis n. Maintain and improve all order to cash KPI's Main accountabilities Debtors Control: Accountable for handling receivables independently for Arabia and Levant entities. This includes sending statement of account to all customers on timely basis. He/She should be able to resolve all queries with customers independently and ensure to get payments on timely basis and keep debtors within control. He/She should be able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers including CG. He / she will be responsible to review all 3rd party and concern customer accounts on monthly basis and resolve any discrepancy on timely basis. Internal and External Audit: He/she will be responsible for providing the data to auditors to carry out their audit work for receivables and handling all audit issues independently. O2C Control Compliance : Ensure all O2C controls are in compliance Reduction in Working Capital Take initiative to reduce the Trade Debtors balances by ensuring timely realization of customer money. A very visible member of the team and as such will need to represent it in the utmost realistic light with business partners. He / She should be a very good team player.
