Commercial Project Manager - GP EPC TS - Siemens AG-Dubai

Dubai -Empowerment Drives own empowerment with adequate signature authorization and project target agreement to manage the project as commercial project entrepreneur Supports the PM in managing and optimizing targeted financial results with due professional care (e.g. new order booking, revenue recognition as per FRG, project gross profit, cash flow, assets, liabilities and financing instruments), also supports PM on Contractual matters and timely notifying customer for claims if any Also have sound knowledge and understanding on finance-based projects and their subsequent financial close criteria.
