TEMP: Accounts Receivable Assistant - Inspire Selection-Dubai
Dubai -TemporaryThe Role We are searching for a TEMP who can interview in Dubai - next week, and join immediately. This is a temp assignment of 2 months, which may extend beyond that. Only candidates who have their OWN VISA (through husband or Father) will be considered. Our client is a well known technology company based in Media City. The company is 5 mins walk from the metro station. Responsibilities Accounts Receivable which includes: • Posting of payments from customers • Raising sales invoices • Booking collections on the system • Keeping track of Post Dated Cheques • Reconciliation of bank to AR postings and reconciliation of Accounts Receivable Ledger Accounts • Reporting of amounts that could not be applied to a customer & close liaison with customer services to resolve Requirements MUST be able to join immediately – this is an urgent temporary role • Must be able to commit to the temp role for at least 2 months. This may extend to 6 months. • MUST have own visa – husband or father’s sponsorship only. Candidates on a visit visa will NOT be considered • General Accounting experience – min 2 yrs • Working towards ACCA/CA would be preferable • Fluent in English with the ability to write with flawless grammar • Strong MS Office skills including advanced Excel Thank you for your interest.
