Dubai -JOB TITLE: TME Commercial Pricing Lead - CHC REPORTS TO: CHC TME Zone Head BUSINESS AREA: Turkey Middle East - TME GRADE: L3-2 DATE AMENDED 15th January 2020 JOB PURPOSE Driving CHC Commercial pricing strategy and its implementation across the countries of the Zone Turkey Middle-East, in order to identify price increase opportunities and accelerate top line Sales but also limit negative impact of change of price reference in source markets; To achieve success, it is critical that this role covers the following 2 pillars : Pricing Management: Accountable and Responsible for driving the strategies for Fixed Priced / Freely Priced / Insurance / Cross Country (GPS). Pricing Operations: Accountable for driving the implementation of these strategies at country level. KEY RESULTS / ACCOUNTABILITIES Pricing Management: Growing the business on Top and Bottom lines through reliable, pricing strategy. Providing pricing insight to the development of business strategies. Managing all Health Authorities pricing Appeals. Actively working hand in hand with our DRA (Drug Regulatory Affairs) to achieve switching projects. Finalize all price certificates and support in pricing projects for new launches for all TME countries. Working closely with Global pricing team to update the GPS system with all CHC items and ex BI items. Closely monitoring and update all pricing data base @ local affiliates level and at France - Croissy level /master data pricing. Monitor distributors margins in the region and work closely with commercial team to normalize the margins as per Sanofi policy and SOP’s. Providing guidance and input on the pricing projects to marketing colleagues within the region. Participation in regional pricing strategic meetings and planning. Working closely with DRA (Drug Regulatory Authority) and other local teams thus ensuring local needs are considered in pricing strategies which support the strategic planning process. Provide strategic contribution to the Commercial Team, address business issues, identify new business opportunities, manage product lifecycle and address various pricing/access challenges. Tracking the insurance dynamics and leading the reimbursement negotiation with all insurance companies. Updating CHC products for insurance coverage in HAAD and DDC code with maximum items in AD basic plan. Mapping external environment from payers, providers and key decision makers in funding, reimbursement, access and coverage of medications within the TME region. Introduce new ways of improvement of market access deliverables and processes through new SOPs or policies. Pricing Operations: Support other countries and region with accurate price reference and provide them with updated prices. Drive and coordinate the implementation of the pricing strategies at country level. Dubai - Designing and planning for indoor DAS and Small Cell projects in strategic venues across licensed coverage area using iBwave software. The RF Engineer will develop coverage and capacity solutions to deliver superior customer experiences for a variety of locations such as sports venues, shopping malls, hospitality and convention centers, hospitals, universities, office spaces, and transit systems. Solutions will include location assessment, requirements gathering, RF design, technology selection, implementation, integration, and optimization. Optimizing systems for interoperability between in-building and macro, with respect to both coverage and capacity needs. DAS troubleshooting and formulation of recommendations for performance improvement of existing systems. Exercise discretion and independent judgment in managing all steps of turnkey projects from site survey to RF design, installation, commissioning, optimization, and testing. Preparing Technical Design proposals/solutions including Existing Coverage, Schematic Diagrams link budget & BOQ (Bill of Quantity). Supervising drive test engineers and assigning tasks to them according to workload. Post processing the log files and preparing optimization reports for the customer. Monitoring and Optimizing the KPIs for all technologies. Interaction with the customer and positively clarifying all technical issues.Skills: Excellent communication & negotiation skills. Excellent written, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.Qualification: BS in Engineering (Electrical or RF Engineering degree preferred). 2+ years as a RF Engineer and hands-on iBwave design experience. Must have recent DAS Design and optimization experience, prefer DAS commissioning experience as well. Experience with various DAS OEMs (e.g., Comba, CommScope or Nokia) is preferred. Experience with TEMS, Nemo and AutoCAD are preferred. Expert understanding of indoor RF propagation principles, cellular theory, RF engineering tools and antenna theory. Solid knowledge of wireless technologies (GSM/WCDMA/UMTS/HSPA/CDMA/LTE).Job Type: Full-time
