The Automotive Protection department specialises in developing affinity insurance solutions to the global automotive sector providing Extended Warranty, Guarantee Asset Protection and Involuntary Unemployment. This highly successful department is growing at a fast rate and is looking to expand its team in the Middle East. The individual will need to be a self-starter, demonstrate leadership skills, excellent analytical skills and very good knowledge of Microsoft applications, particularly MS Access and Excel. You need to be adaptable, enthusiastic and have a strong ability to learn and problem solve. An enthusiasm to learn is essential and a background in Insurance will be an advantage. One of the key responsibilities of the role is to help service our clients in the Middle East; they will make sure that processes are understood, followed and SLAs are adhered to. The role will involve but is not limited to: Ownership of operational process improvement initiatives from ideation to close, carefully managing all the interim technical & operational milestones Documentation of end-to-end operational processes by gathering business requirements and mapping processes, ready to offshore Developing and maintaining client relationships, resolving client queries whether financial, VAT or systems related in a timely manner and chasing and managing debt in accordance with payment terms Support the delivery of change to the business by shaping activity and the work of others outside the London analyst team Collaboratively working across the business functions. Liaising with clients, senior stakeholders, IT developers, analysts, underwriters, account managers, claims, finance and actuaries Working within an Operational capacity to help fulfil branch administration and analysis Supporting the AP Account Manager with forecasting top line and supporting the underwriters in Business planning Due to the uniqueness of the Automotive Protection account, a definitive role cannot be scheduled. The ideal candidate will, therefore, have to be versatile and have the ability to adapt to any eventuality that might come about. Dubai -Play your part Purpose: The main purpose this position exists is to be Responsible for specific attractions supervision within the park, as assigned. Manages labor budgets for assigned attractions. Monitors, tracks and records overtime and training projections and results. Mitigates overtime by adjusting staffing according to daily attendance projections. Analyzes and responds to various reports including but not limited to guest comments, capacity, downtimes, and incident reports. Focuses on guest and employee satisfaction. Ensures that each employee is greeting and interacting and assisting guest while maintaining an efficient, safe and pleasant environment. Ensure that GSAT initiatives and programs are in place to keep the workplace fun while increasing overall job satisfaction and efficiency. Maintains positive relationships and partners with other departments to ensure that departmental goals are being met while maintaining parks standards.
