Job Description Purpose of Role: The Subscription Sales Executive will be based in the Sicuro Group and Intelyse HQ (over time, the proven candidate may be able to work remotely) and will be focused on prospecting, educating and managing relationships with our existing clients/network and new contacts. The majority of lead generation will be conducted online with telephone and face-to-face engagements required, so excellent communication and presentation skills are a must. The individual will work with account managers, commercial and marketing teams to maximize cross selling and sales/marketing awareness opportunities. The role is fundamentally aimed at: Growth: Identifying new clients and developing leads within those clients to expand the client base as well as subscriptions within existing clients. Market Share: Understanding our market and competitors’ share of the marketplace. Contract identification: For existing and prospective clients, identifying when their current information services contracts expire and ensuring for prospective clients that Intelyse is invited to bid in good time for the new contract periods. Engagement: Direct presentations to clients on our services and importantly includes demonstrations of our platform and the ability to produce and submit quotations for services in line with the standard Intelyse pricing model. It will involve participation in responses to formal RFPs with the wider Sicuro Group team. Contact and Cooperation: The position is in direct support of the Senior Analyst with day to day contact and coordination. The chosen individual will also support the Regional Information Managers in growing their business areas, under direction from the Senior Analyst and Director Intelyse. Contact is expected across the business horizontally and vertically. Primarily this will be cooperation with other business unit leaders in Sicuro Technology and the Commercial Manager for cross selling, client deconfliction and participation in proposal opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Identify prospective subscribers through excellent online written, telephone verbal, and face to face communication. Effectively present the Intelyse offering to prospective clients using multi-media tools (inc WebEx, Powerpoint etc) Establish, develop and maintain customer relationships and network Achieve agreed upon target for qualified prospects and outcomes within schedule Maintain detailed and organised records on company CRM (Pipedrive) Maintain and report pipeline on regular basis Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, assisted closely by other internal stakeholders and collaborators Effectively use of existing database to promote products Prepare presentations to assist with proposals and further relationship management Conduct in-depth discussions to promote products Research industries, buying organizations and attractive opportunities Acquire knowledge of customers’ businesses and organizational structures and demonstrate an understanding of their main business needs, to match the correct Intelyse service offering Share market feedback to enhance sales and marketing processes Help develop and execute marketing activity to drive awareness Utilize marketing data effectively to secure sales leads Attend conferences, meetings and networking events, develop a good rapport with prospects. Qualifications Preferred Qualifications & Skills: BA/BSc or equivalent working experience Be able to show basic understanding of the sales process and dynamics along with amazing interpersonal skills Minimum of 2 years successful and demonstrable track record in a similar role. May consider recent college graduate with strong desire for a career in sales. Experience in lead development, lead follow up, targeted account selling and closing deals in person, email and by phone.
