Lead, Manager and Develop Sales Executives and Sales Coordinators Main Duties: Advising leadership with market trends, data and sentiment for specific geographical area on a weekly basis, either by email or weekly sales meeting Lead, manage and develop Sales Executives based on parameters i.e. revenue, mystery calls, Conversion% and DPR BSC goals Develop Sales Executives to become “Deputies” of the Geographical Area to manage day to day business including team management and revenue generation and client engagements Lead, manage and develop Sales Executives based on parameters i.e. individual + team revenue generation, client portfolio and activity planning and execution Contribute to overall Commercial Strategy of DM through collaboration with Sales, Marketing, eCommerce and Revenue leadership Support DM’s vision and annual Balanced Scorecard (BSC) targets as proactive and contributing Management team member Support ADOS as “Deputy” Sales leader in internal projects, company meetings, presentations and team initiatives to drive team satisfaction and team career development “Master” communication within DM and the Individual Parks to ensure smooth and up to date flow of knowledge and information Lead and manage Sales Projects that are given by ADOS/HOS in a timely matter Motivate Sales Executives with weekly 1-1 (30 minutes per person per week) Assist with the implementation of Sales innovation project and initiate Sales marketing campaign for the geographical are supported by Marketing + HOS Strategic Account Management across the Geographical areas based on customers’ (historic) revenue contribution towards DPR and market share within Dubai -/comp set New Business Development across the responsible Geographical Areas, based on DPR strategy and distinction in core markets + emerging markets 4 client engagements a day, 1 client event a quarter and 1 entertainment a week, tracked in CRM that will be reviewed on a weekly basis in 1-1 Ensure accuracy and recency of Sales reporting systems i.e. Delphi, CRM, Participate in the Incentive scheme and knows own and responsible team target Be part of the execution of departmental balanced scorecard (BSC) Provide Sales Travel Report after every trip within 5 working days, which is fully integrated in CRM and shares verbally the outcome with HOS within 2 days after Is the DPR brand promoter when being out in the field and meeting customers Adequate planning to know the clients organization and activities Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management Are You a Star? Essential; Bachelor Degree Holder in Business Administration/Tourism/Hospitality/Education sector or MBA Minimum of three years professional working experience in Hospitality, Tourism, Government, Theme Park industry or Service sector Team leadership, coaching, development, recruitment and alignment within Sales, Marketing and eCommerce teams Strategic commercial planning and execution Proactive, passionate, action orientated and result driven. Organized, disciplined, dedicated, loyal and a self-starter. Fluent in English in addition to the language spoken in the specific geographical area Assertive but with a diplomatic approach to business Must possess top level business management, interpersonal, and facilitation skills. Desirable; Sales & account management Trained in negotiation skills Fluent spoken and written English. Arabic useful but not essential High level commercial & decision making skills.
