Call Back Executive - -Dubai
Dubai -The job holder is responsible for all investment and insurance call backs. Some of the key responsibilities include: Conduct callbacks for 100% of following cases: UAE Insurance subscriptions and redemptions UAE investments redemption cases Bahrain Insurance subscriptions/redemptions and switch Bahrain investment subscriptions/redemptions and switch Observe and verify callbacks for 100% of following cases (conducted by unit heads): UAE investments subscriptions UAE investments switches Prepare/update MIS for all investment and insurance cases, for UAE and Bahrain, and report it every month to wealth management team for review Share errors & recommendation with the supervisor to aim in enhancing the COU service Ensure timely call backs with no back logs. Assist in analyzing all complaints raised against branches. Maintain ATM MIS for UAE. Assist in regulatory reporting. Assist BOH and service head with all BAU and projects. Adhoc projects on WM customer survey for investment and insurance base Assist in preparation of PPT for regional submissions on a monthly basis and maintain MIS. Maintain records for all branch score cards and assist in branch MCA. Accountabilities Acquire knowledge on all investment & insurance products Effectively liaise and support all other divisions of bank to meet key business drivers. Ensure compliance, check and controls are in place. Adhere to our compliance policy to ensure satisfactory rating during ARR Update self on policy & procedure of the bank Technical Know-How High energy level and ability to thrive in a high pressure environment by demonstrating clear leadership ability. Ability to build strong relationship with the customer. Excellent team work Excellent communication skills.
