UAE Labour Laws .Responsibilities and DutiesPRO Cum HR & Admin ExecutivePurpose of Role: Responsible for coordinating and liaising between the company and Government organizations / authorities and provide a key inter-face.Provide quick, efficient and reliable services for all Government related jobs such as Employment Permits, Entry Visas, Medical Examinations, miscellaneous jobs related to Immigration, Ministry of Labor & Consulates, and Business Licenses to the company and its group, adhering to the regular amendments in rules and regulations within very short notices.Respond effectively to the demands of the Businesses, employees and their families to assist them on all government related services.Fulfill manpower requirements on time.Setting strategies for man power planning.Save time/money for HR & admin dealing without ruin of efficiency.Key Results/ Accountabilities**Process monthly payroll along with related documents and financial reports.Responsible for consolidating the staff requirements, making advertisements, contacting the recruitment agencies.Manage the recruitment and selection process; Assist in recruitment process by sourcing, screening & short listing CVs, scheduling interview and conducting tests if required. Including Overseas and local recruitment.Responsible for getting approvals from MD for final selection of the Candidates and issuing appointment Letters and other regular operational related approvals.Input new employee data and maintain the personnel database in HR ERP.Maintain the personal records of employees on matters such as offer letter, employment contract, leaves, training, performance appraisals, etc.Monitor regularly the attendance for all employees and record all types of leaves requests.Provide advice regarding Ministry of Human resources & Emiratization and ensure the relevant of HR framework is up to date, accurate and complies with the current UAE labour law.Process from A-Z employees’ work permits/ employment visas as well as any other procedure is needed in relation to employees transferred, employees terminated etc, with reference to the criteria of immigration office, Ministry of Labour, Tasheel & typing centre.Ensure UAE nationals are registered at General Authority for Pensions and Social Security.Communicate all new laws or rules issued by government including review of prices.Fulfill immigration/labour department requirement on priority basis, visas &labour card should be updated always. Fulfill Immigration/ labour department requirement on time without any penalty.Ensure Our Legal Documents should be updated always (Trade licenses, Civil defense, tenancy contracts, other certificates and cards to be renewed on time without any penalty)Immigration, Labour, Civil defense, Police, FEWA and all government office to be visit and solve the issues when its required.Response to other administration queries, complaints, grievances and claims from different departments in support of daily operations in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.Submit accurate monthly report in relation to HR & Administration duties.Complete tasks as assigned within the expected time limit.Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performanceLiaison with Real Estates for new property hiring and renewal & dispute etc.Ensure safety of the workforce, workplace, property and company assets.Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programsImplements employee welfare programs.Manage the monthly KPIS by updating all information and ensuring that all processes are working properlyProvide advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluationsEffective employees retain management.The ever-changing government rules and regulations require the post-holder to be abreast of updates on information / documents and at times certain jobs have to be tacked efficiently without much notice.Any TO-DO-NOW jobs always have to be evaluated, prioritized and accomplished at short notices.Required Skills**Knowledge of theories and practices of UAE labor law and government regulations.Familiar with the labour ministry, FEWA, Sewerage, Municipality and government portals.Strong knowledge of Word, Excel and outlook.Fluent in English: Preferably Arabic Speaking.Works as a competent member of the team, willingly providing back-up support for co-workers when appropriate and actively supporting group goals.The candidate must have at least 5 years experience in similar job with strong experience with govt. organizations.With experience in manufacturing industry preferred.Qualifications**Bachelors Degree preferredSelf-starter, able to work unsupervised, prioritizing workload and taking initiativeOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsProfessional business presentation and demeanorValid UAE driving licenseExcellent networking and interpersonal skillsGood influencing skillsRemunerates**Salary AED 6500 to 7500 based on experience and caliberHealth InsuranceOther annual benefits as per UAE labour lawJob Type: Full-time
