About the Role: An exciting role has arisen for a talented Assistant Finance Manager – General Ledger to join Sarood Hospitality’s Finance team. main purpose is to ensure accurate recording of expenses, and balance sheet account are properly reconciled. In addition, timely submission of all month-end reporting. Your key duties will include: To oversee the month end task activities of Sarood Finance Team, ensuring that all journals required are timely recorded. (refer to month end task list). To review the monthly detailed ledger. To accrue all the expenses incurred in the month but not booked. To check all the P&L net profit are balance with actual TB. To assist department with their queries on P&L and adhoc request. To review the colleague bonus calculation before sending to payroll. To manage the audit process, ensuring audit requirements are provided for owned and managed business. To ensure all balance sheet accounts are reconciled monthly and doesn’t have unauthorized postings. To assist Director of Finance in preparation of Group Financial Pack. To assist the Finance Analyst in preparation of yearly budget. To review and submit Capex tracker to Asset Management. To prepare and submit monthly reports to the Managed partners. To assist in preparation of monthly balance sheet and cash flow report. Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management About You: In order to be considered for this role you will show that you have a University Graduate in Business related degree, preferably in Accountancy or Finance. Furthermore, you should have a high level of written and verbal business English, excellent attention to details, ability to work to tight deadline and proficient in Microsoft applications.
