About the Role: An exciting role has arisen for a highly skilled and motivated Finance Assistant – Receiving Clerk to join our team. The main duties and responsibilities of this position are the following: Check invoices and purchase orders and contract, and confirm all are properly approved by the HOD of the concerned Department. Ensure invoices are received with VAT compliance. Ensure all the items received are matching with the purchase order or contract made by the concern Department. Post invoices into Adaco on a timely basis and into correct account code and if there is any discrepancy found, liaise with Outlet and SC&L to rectify accordingly. Extract daily Adaco batches, arrange invoices in the proper order for submission to AP team. Ensure to meet monthly deadline of Adaco cutoff. File and maintain daily records. Support in monthly cash audits and inventory whenever required. Assist with beverage stock receiving and support operations for receiving function is required. Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by Management. About You: In order to be considered for this role, you must possess the following selection criteria: High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.
