Dubai -AED10,000 - AED12,000 a monthWe are urgently looking for Marketing & Business Development Manager with experience in Healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management Services in the UAE.The Marketing & Business Development Manager will act in accordance with the latest version of the company's Customer Engagement Methodology, which will be modified from time to time as part of our ongoing culture of continuous improvement. The Marketing & Business Development Manager will undertake the following:Source new opportunities to increase brand awareness and revenue through client acquisition like hospitals, specialist medical consultants, medical centers, polyclinics, insurance companies and corporate businesses.Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with excellent executive level presentation skills to run proposed solution presentations to the client.Will act as a quick resource and advise clients as well as understand/analyze the customer’s process, present solution that best-fit the client’s need and requirementAbility to generate sales leads, client appoints and close new business deals through business referral marketing and networking, RFPs, proposals, cold calling, site visits.Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to present solutions, negotiate and close sales effectively.Review proposal and tender documentation prior to release to customer and inform colleagues on gaps in areas of functionality.Support the company’s technical team to:a. Run Customer Induction workshopsb. Propose solutions for customer problems by mapping existing process and procedure componentsc. Produce and present clear documentation (business requirements/maps, solution design document)d. Ensure early data collection and information is gathered correctly and as per the schedulee. Liaise with other Exelcius departments to resolve any remaining issuesMaintain consistent and traceable documentation as required.Qualifications Minimum of University level bachelor’s degree in business management, Healthcare Administration/Management and 2 years local UAE experienceExperience in communicating with key stakeholders at various levels within healthcare organizations which may be government/public and/or private sector businessesExcellent consultative skills ability to articulate and communicate ideasExperience interacting directly with clients, including clinicians and reaching them confidently whilst delivering the solutionsExperience contributing to a multi-disciplined teamExperience with writing functional documents / reportsProficient use of MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint.Knowledge of Health Information SystemsProficiency in EnglishCandidate ProfileCurrently living in the UAE.UAE driving license is mandatory.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: AED10,000.00 to AED12,000.00 /monthExperience:Healthcare & Revenue Cycle Management Services: 5 years (Required)Business Development: 4 years (Required)UAE Professional: 4 years (Preferred)
