Ensure timely reconciliation of customer receivables including resolution of customer disputes2. Identifies control weaknesses in invoicing and credit & collections processes and works withrelevant departments to implement efficient and strong controls over invoicing andreceivables.3. Daily collects payments and monitor the collections of all customer transactions4. Maintains customer's Agreement Terms and Conditions5. Provide continuous follow up to the customers for their due payments and collection ofpayments on time6. Reports any suspicious conduct/activity of the customer which can result to potential defaultspayments7. Arranges and conduct meeting with customers to ensure good clientele relation and to assurecollection can be made when due date comes8. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly collection reports9.
