Responsibilities of Electrical Engineer: To train, supervise and monitor Electrical/ELV teams to ensure safety and quality of maintenance works. To lead teams of Electrical and ELV Engineers/Technicians in conducting a comprehensive maintenance for all power/electrical systems/apparatus and ELV systems. To ensure customer satisfaction in line with the associated operations and maintenance activities, handle and resolve issues and complaints relating to the day to day activities prior to escalations as necessary. To update and communicate relevant policies and procedures and ensure the team’s full compliance. To review adequacy and authenticity of maintenance records and other documentations To review, update and validate maintenance programs and actual activities. To periodically review systems’ performance and initiate corrective measures to ensure optimized asset life and energy efficiency. To continuously assess all associated systems and recommend/implement enhancement strategies towards better sustainability. To analyse system deficiencies and recommend/implement strategies to improve reliability and ensure business continuity. To conduct routine inspection, testing and reporting of all associated assets, update asset registry as necessary. To recommend and implement strategies to minimize energy consumption, be it system automations or manual interventions. Requirements: Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering. Minimum 7 years of relevant experience. Experience in maintenance of Extra-Low Voltage systems similar to a hospital setting. High English communications skills including writing of proposals, presentation skills and facilitation skills. High proficiency in the use of MS Office applications particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint is required. Ability to work well as part of a team.
