Dubai -Our client is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to establish new client and business relationships by reinforcing and leveraging existing ones. You will be responsible for nurturing long-term relationships with clients, resolving any issues that arise to ensure clients’ satisfaction, creating business plans to address clients’ needs and communicating those plans to the company’s management. Help boost revenue by studying competition and finding new ways to retain key clients by developing relationships with them and obtaining their recommendations. Schedule regular meetings with clients to address their concerns and act as point of contact and escalate issues as appropriate. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales managers, data mining specialist, management) to address clients’ needs. Ensure both the company and the clients comply to contract terms. Approach potential customers to establish relationships, understand their needs and develop plans to address them. Secure solid knowledge of competitors. Liaise with all departments in particular, with the Marketing department and the senior management to identify opportunities and discuss plans. Strong organization skills and attention to detail: ability to prioritize, work efficiently under pressure and manage tight deadlines. Fully proficient in the portfolio of residency & citizenship programs as well as familiar with related areas Responsible for increasing the number of new applications by understanding the requirements and identifying the most appropriate solution. Requirements Graduate / Undergraduate/ Masters or an advanced degree will be considered as an advantage Minimum of 5 years’ experience within the Immigration industry, Insurance, Real Estate, Private bank or Wealth Management Able to develop own portfolio of international prospects Willing to travel Bilingual – Arabic / English - excellent command of spoken and written English and Arabic Confident and experienced negotiator Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication, presentation and organizational skills Ability to represent company and network at relevant conferences and events Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences Proficient in CRM system
