Dubai -Career Category Finance Job Description Job purpose: As a member of this fast-pace, complex and dynamic region, this individual will be the key point of contact and responsible to support the affiliates in the following processes according the predefined SOPs and SLAs. This position is based in Dubai - – United Arab Emirates, reports to Finance Sr. Manager that will lead the MEA FP&A / Finance Hub, and will support Middle East & Africa countries. Responsibilities: Main responsible for the consolidation of 6 clusters and HQ (a total of 17 planning units) Executes monthly Sales Landing process Prepares regular monthly OPEX reports Provides monthly and ad-hoc analyses and reports Assists annual budgeting, business and strategic planning processes Ensures internal and external reporting deadlines are met Works on improving the use of systems or new systems to be adapted. Contributes to improve relationships with internal stakeholders as well as external customers by pro-active communication and timely response to customer issues Takes part in or leads projects as assigned by the F&A Function Head or FP&A Manager Communicates and provides direction to countries/clusters about financial trends and their business implications Provides decision support to various stakeholders (BU’s, project teams etc.) Maintains digital finance framework which consists of standard templates and digtal applications This position is expected to be a backup for the Senior Finance Manager for FP&A related tasks Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required. The ideal candidate will have 1 - 2 years’ experience in executing high quality videos with the ability to deliver a range of visual content that will showcase the Firm’s capabilities in a dynamic way. Work on a daily basis with the Digital and Brand Manager to manage and execute the video production requirements across 9 jurisdictions. Types of videos include by are not limited to: informational / talking head videos, a day in a life motion videos, corporate / office videos, event footage, social shorts, videos with typography, info-graphics and animation. Skills and experience Proficiency in shooting videos with excellent camera skills. Uses appropriate lighting and equipment depending on the environment and set-up. The ability to think outside of the box and suggest creative and innovative ideas for capturing visual content. A skill in visualising and shooting concepts effectively. A good understanding of key social media channels with the ability to create social shorts and footage fit for purpose. Solid understanding of social media creative trends. Excellent attention to detail with a strong understanding of video editing software programs, such as Adobe, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom and Photoshop. The ability to edit footage to a high standard ensuring the correct messaging is portrayed and the footage is to a high quality. Skilled in colour correction, compression, music selection and application. Create informative and accurate video briefs that ensure the key details are outlined i.e. logistics, the format and style, the objectives and key messages. Manage all of the logistics, operations and elements related to video production Ensure all aspects of the video production are efficiently executed – pre and post production. Populate and manage the filming schedule ensuring all information is up to date and accurate. Advise on best practice and style for capturing specific content and messages. Attend all video shoots as one of the key points of contact to ensure all aspects of the filming runs smoothly from start to finish. Excellent interpersonal skills and the capability to work with a range of stakeholders, ensuring that they have a clear direction and feel comfortable in front of the camera, Excellent time management and the ability to work within tight deadlines / turnaround high quality work. Good verbal communication skills and the ability to give clear direction and briefs. Photography skills – experienced in taking professional photos i.e. head shots, action shots at events etc. Maintain a strong relationship with external stakeholders i.e. other video production teams across the region. Able to assist with storyboard creation and scripts when needed. The ability to be flexible and travel when required.
