SharjahWe are looking for an ambitious and energetic HR administrative assistant to be responsible for entering and updating employee information into company databases, perform payroll and timekeeping functions, processing termination paperwork. assist HR team with specified projects, such as planning company events. Responsibilities Assist employees’ in medical claims and liaise with health insurance provider for any new member additions/deletions; Liaise with external partners and ensure legal compliance. Arrange documents for Employment Visa applications and renewals, work permits, Trade License, Establishment Card etc... Monitor the Receptionist, Driver - PRO and Cleaners and oversee their work. Organize and maintain personnel records (hard and soft copies) as well as general filing system. Update internal databases. Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides. Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics. Answer employees queries about HR-related issues Assist in payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules) Participate in HR projects. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration. 2 or more years of general administrative experience or a human resources background in UAE. knowledge of HR-specific software and information systems. Ability to meet tight deadlines. Ability to perform multiple tasks. Ability work well under pressure. Time management skills Strong communication and Customer service skills Proficiency in English Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Age 25-35.
