SharjahWe are looking for an ambitious and energetic HR administrative assistant to be responsible for entering and updating employee information into company databases, perform payroll and timekeeping functions, processing termination paperwork. assist HR team with specified projects, such as planning company events. Responsibilities Assist employees’ in medical claims and liaise with health insurance provider for any new member additions/deletions; Liaise with external partners and ensure legal compliance. Arrange documents for Employment Visa applications and renewals, work permits, Trade License, Establishment Card etc... Monitor the Receptionist, Driver - PRO and Cleaners and oversee their work.
