Job Description:

DubaiWe are looking for an experienced Administrator to work for our growing Cleaning company. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years experience working for a cleaning company in DubaiJob Responsibilities:- Ensuring the hours and bookings are filled for the day- Scheduling the cleaners schedule- Managing the cleaning staff as and when required- Managing the drivers schedule and ensuring the cleaners arrive on time for all their bookings- Answering calls and inquiries from the customers- Complaint handling from customers- Ensuring the day to day operations are running smoothly- Ensuring the cash is well received from the cleanersRequirements:- Highly Organized and great at multi tasking- Experienced as an Administrator in a cleaning company is a huge advantage- Proficient in English and have really good phone etiquette- Able to work independently with the least supervision- Should be proficient in Microsoft excel, word and able to understand and operate softwares- Housekeeping knowledge is a huge advantageCandidates will be provided salary of AED3000(depends on experience) + Medical Insurance + Employment Visa.All interested candidates, please email your resumes at the earliest.Job Type: Full-timeExperience:cleaning company: 1 year (Required)
