The team advises clients on a wide variety of high-profile UAE and regional real estate investment, development and finance transactions. Additionally our hospitality work covers a comprehensive range of legal services including advising national and international hotel owners, operators and franchisors in the acquisition, development, finance, management and branding of hotel properties and serviced apartments.
