About the Job: An opportunity has arisen for a Bell Attendant to join the concierge team in Mina Al Salam Hotel. The main duties and responsibilities of this role: Assist door, driveway and lobby team in arrival process / Check-in for VIP guests Ensure to be present at all’ V.I.P / High profile guests checking-in, coming for show arounds or F&B outlets Efficiently Manage email correspondence, feedback, complaints and telephone requests Meeting resident and non-resident guests to facilitate feedback and obtain guest preferences Managing colleagues through appraisals, interviews & coaching. Plan and organise creative and luxurious itineraries Provide accurate and up to date information on the city, restaurants, special events Manage monthly invoicing for tour suppliers, newspapers and overhead costs Utilise contracted companies for tours and events and handle gratuities with integrity as per hotel policy Oversee and supervise luggage, driveway & valet services Assistingother Rooms Division departments when ever needed as requested by Management Ensuring that he / she adheres to all hotel andcompany standards, Business conduct and ethics, policies and proceduresincluding Health, Hygiene & Safety About you: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: You must have at least 1 year experience as Bell Attendant in a 5* hotel or must have Front Office cross training certificate You must also have experience in using Opera PMS, Front Office System Good command of both spoken and written English Additional language is an added value About the benefits: This position offers a highly competitive salary and package which includes: fully furnished shared accommodation, free transport to and from your place of work, uniform, laundry services, meals during working hours, You will be entitled to one return ticket to your home destination, which will be paid in two installments, one per anniversary year, medical coverage as well as accident insurance, retail and leisure discounts, 50% discount off Jumeirah F&B Outlets and reduced hotel rates.
