Abu DhabiAED2,000 - AED3,000 a monthGeneral DescriptionWe are looking for: "Barista" who will be able to do the following tasks:1) Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, or teas.2) Clean or sanitize work areas, utensils, or equipment.3) Clean service or seating areas.4) Check temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, or heating equipment to ensure proper functioning.5) Describe menu items to customers or suggest products that might appeal to them.6) Order, receive, or stock supplies or retail products.7) Provide customers with product details, such as coffee blend or preparation descriptions.8) Receive and process customer payments.9) Serve prepared foods, such as muffins, coockies, or bagels.10) Stock customer service stations with paper products or beverage preparation items.11) Take customer orders and convey them to other employees for preparation.12) Take out garbage.13) Weigh, grind, or pack coffee beans for customers.14) Wrap, label, or date food items for sale.15) Create signs to advertise store products or events.16) Demonstrate the use of retail equipment, such as espresso machines.17) Prepare or serve menu items, such as sandwiches or salads.18) Set up or restock product displays.19) Slice fruits, vegetables, desserts, or meats for use in food service.The candidate must have good English communication, able to make Art Latte, and able to interact with our social media channels.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: AED2,000.00 to AED3,000.00 /monthExperience:Barista: 2 years (Preferred)

Mechanical/Electrical Engineer b. 15-20 years of post-qualification experience Oil & Gas industry with 8 years using CMMS program. c. Main activities must include operations, maintenance, and maintenance planning. Experience in Optimization is desired and highly preferred. d. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel – Advanced level, Access, Word, PowerPoint) e. Aptitude in Standard procedure preparation / Work Instruction preparation in TC template. f. Flexible, Ability to adapt to and support new and fast changing technologies, Change Management g. Incumbent should have good English language and computer skills. Excellent interpersonal skills, coordination, facilitation and team work h. Prepare and modify equipment hierarchy for plants facilities as per ISO14224 i. Proficiency in SIL assessment and define the Job plan per SIL value j. Competence in HSE-CES identification and catteries the Job Plan accordingly. k. Typical work involved will be design of preventive maintenance programs, l. Prepare analytical/statistical reports associated with maintenance activities, m. Assist to map work flow and Understand and apply different Maintenance Strategies. n. Good knowledge of various Computerized Maintenance and Materials Management Systems (CMMMS) o. Ability to utilize relevant databases and corporate software effectively. p. Strong knowledge in resource levelling and smoothening. Job Purpose & Scope: CMMS Data Preparation Specialist shall have strong knowledge in CMMS (MAXIMO & SAP) system as per ISO 14224 structure and develop the Job plan as per CMMMS Guidelines and carry out the assigned task independently using CMMS program in oil and gas industry or petrochemical industry and refers to line supervisor for work guidance with min 10 to 15 Years of experience in the similar domain. Expertise in MS office package mainly in Excel for Data cleansing. Proficiency in data preparation template for ERP software (SAP/Maximo). Strong knowledge in Maintenance Planning with field experience of Maintenance. Carry out the assigned task independently using CMMS program in oil and gas industry
