Understand and clarify details through various communication mediums (primarily telephonic) of claims and customer queries Issue related documentation once claims file is opened on CRM system.\ Process and issue LPO’s in line with claims. Liaise with service providers including workshops and other insurance companies. Read, understand and translate Police Reports to support claims process. Qualifications MINIMUM TECHNICAL & BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCY CRITERIA: Technical skills : · Basic industry knowledge in terms of market practice. · Sound knowledge of AXA Motor Insurance Policies. · Excellent computer skills. Academic Qualifications: · Holds a tertiary education or Degree qualified. · Required to have at least 3 years experience in related industry; · Arabic speaker is mandatory. Technician - MEP - -Dubai

Dubai -Play Your Part In this role you will be reporting to the MEP Manager, you are to assist the facility Shifts that operate within the facility maintenance department. You will manage the, statutory inspection of all the building and park facility associated equipment via the application of a planned preventative maintenance approach with the aim of maximising the equipment availability and safety in operation. The role calls for strong leadership skills and an ability to clearly focus on the planning & preparation of the activities administered by the facility maintenance teams. Main Duties: * To work as operational engineer carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance. * To lead teams of engineering personnel during park operation in order to provide an effective breakdown service that will facilitate excellent ride availability and safety for our guests and staff * To lead teams of engineering personnel in order to administer the PPM and safety checks in line with company procedures. * To assist the Facility management team to maximizing ride and equipment availability and safety in operation. Health & Safety: To take reasonable care for the health and safety of himself and of other persons who may be affected through your work activities.
