This position reports to the Senior Area Human Resources Director Middle East and Africa and will assist in Human Resources related initiatives, not limited to administrative tasks such as: assisting the team members at the Area Support Offices in Dubai - and Cape Town in all HR related queries including on- and off- boarding, offer letters, contracts, work permits, visas, health insurance, references, etc. maintenance of the employee files of the team members at the Area Support Office/s and General Managers in the area ensures that all data sources (excel sheets and systems) are accurate and up to date providing support to the Hotel HR Teams across the Middle East and Africa assisting with the organization of webinars, meetings and Radisson Academy Life in the Middle East and Africa including the maintenance of the Radisson Academy Online system prepares HR related reports and takes minutes as required by the Senior Area Human Resources Director. Requirements: displays confidentiality has strong analytical abilities is able to connect quickly with colleagues and partners across cultures and nationalities fluent in English with professional working knowledge, Arabic and/or French is a plus excellent computer and system skills confident communicator and negotiator.
