Industry: Pharmaceutical Job Details: Plan and strategise company HR policies as well as working closely with various head of departments to oversee the orientation and onboarding efforts of new hires. Management of recuriting/hiring activities to support the management in identify candidates fitting with the company values and department needs. Manage and updating of the HR databases including employee details database and insurance database. Updating and maintaining employees' records in the system, generating leave reports for payroll, filing of supporting documents and general enquiries. Administration and managing the government paid leave claims process. Maintenance and documentation of individual employee personnel files. Manage monthly payroll and HR related issues. Provide support in the day to day management of the insurance program including annual insurance renewal documentations.
