The main duties and responsibilitiesof this role: Assist theResort Executive Chef in the operation and administration, and has overallresponsibility in the absence of the Resort Executive Chef in planning,organizing, and managing all activities within the Food preparation areas ofdesignated property. Efficient and diplomatic inall situations involving any aspect of Food and Beverage where the reputationof the hotel is represented.
