Job Duties and Responsibilities : • Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages • Conduct new hire interviews • Administer health insurance programs • Implement training and development plans • Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions • Inform employees about additional benefits they re eligible for • Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status • Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records • Process employees queries and respond in a timely manner • Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation • Assist in some office administrative activities Job Requirements and Qualifications : • B.Sc/M.Sc in Human Resources or relevant field • Extensive knowledge of computer software • In depth knowledge of labor law, social insurance and payroll taxes • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation. • Ability to operate most standard office equipment. • Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines. • Good to excellent spelling, grammar and written communication skills. • Excellent telephone and oral communication skills. • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
