Responsibilities: Reporting to the Spa/Recreation Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Provide information to guests about available spa/recreation facilities and activities. Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests. Promote the rules and regulations of the spa/recreation facility intended for the safety and welfare of guests and members. Provide assistance to injured guests until the arrival of emergency medical services. Promote the rules and regulations of the spa/recreation facility. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications. Requirements: Positive attitude and good communication skills Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service Excellent grooming standards Flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations Minimum of 1 years’ experience in Spa or related field an asset.
