The role will involve covering the full mix of project financing work, covering large-scale project from the outset to conclusion. The position will be to work closely with the lead Partner, broader team and with clients, in relation to projects in the UAE and the broader Middle East and Africa. The firm acts for governments, sponsors, financial institutions etc. in relation to financing on high profile energy, power and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate should be a Project Finance Lawyer, based either in the UAE with a leading international law firm, or interested in relocating from the UK, Australia or New Zealand etc. The firm is interested in a high calibre individual who will be able and comfortable working independently and / or within a team structure. High quality Finance Lawyers, looking to specialise in project finance work are also welcome for consideration.
