Dubai -Aufgaben Reporting to Head of Sales & Customer Service – FUSO Regional Centre Africa Main Objectives Development, Coordination and Steering of all General Distributors and their dealer body in order to ensure Customer Service excellence to end users in the markets, sustained parts sales growth and target achievement for the Central African region Steering and development of optimal planning and reporting tools according to Daimler Headquarter requirements Ensuring Compliance and Business Ethics according to Laws and Daimler rules and regulations General Distributors Central Africa: Co-ordination of Customer Services spare parts sales processes and positioning per market within regional coverage Definition of sales targets (quantitative and qualitative) and controlling of target achievement – safeguarding net revenue targets with clear roadmaps implementation Co-ordination of all Parts sales activities within Daimler Africa Co-ordination of Network development issues with Daimler Network Development team in Regional Centre Africa Regular visits to regional markets for market performance review, new opportunities exploration and improvement Coaching and qualification of Customer Support Staff - support and direction in day-to-day business Analyzing data to monitor performance and plan improvement and demand for the Central Africa markets Ensure accurate billing to clients based on pricing established with the clients while ensuring accurate costs Maintain & analyzes database and report current competitive situations to facilitate sales strategies, study customer ordering behavior to gain further insight into end customer penetration of parts Provides analyses regarding data trends, history, and forecasts Ensure daily prices and discounts are implemented in a timely and accurate manner Co-ordinate with logistics management teams to clear the Back orders Implementation of market incentive programs (regional campaigns, revised pricing strategies and specific market campaigns) Manage the activities of the Customer Support specialists that interact daily with the GD working level employees to further enhance the sales process end to end Regular business review with General Distributors for improvement and resolution of open issues Headquarters Tokyo/Chennai: Support operational planning per year based on market for quantitative and qualitative aspects Preparation for Management Business reviews, Monthly parts sales planning and reporting by volume and pricing targets Reporting on the incentive programs put in place to ensure parts penetration Co-ordination with Treasury department to ensure on time payments (e.g. by L/C, etc.) Coordination of logistics with relevant departments in India and Japan Co-ordinated customer approaches in fleet business and fleet support programs Market analysis including fleet deals and lost sale Daimler Middle East Regional Office and Coordination Office: Understanding of marketplace and customer requirements w.r.t Spare parts; co-ordination of Parts/vehicle specifications per market Co-ordination with the Customer Service department in regards to customer satisfaction and General Distributor performance Make the best use of Coordination Office for day to day communication with General distributors Understand challenges and resolve proactively Compliance and Integrity: Ensure a sustainable Environment of Compliance and Integrity in area of responsibility Determine applicability, Initiate & Coordinate compliance approvals Conduct regular CAS Checks for all known customers, business delegations and participants Safeguard compliance measures implemented Personal development: Regular product information updates Execute delegated authority for Manager / team member when required Regular training and updates on compliance issues Personal development trainings in regards to management qualifications Regular training on sales tools and internal processes Qualifikationen Knowledge/Skill/Experience Extensive knowledge of Automotive, Commercial Vehicle and Parts Industry Wholesale and/or Retail sales experience in the commercial vehicle parts business of min. 5-8 years Good negotiating and communication skills Customer focused and familiar in working with partners (internal and external), Market development, financial analysis, planning, etc. Leadership experience preferable Engineering background / thorough technical understanding of commercial vehicles Cultural knowledge of the Middle East / African region English as a must.
