JumeirahPermanentAED5,000 a monthWe are looking for an Accountant to manage all financial transactions for our clients and our own Group companies, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.Responsibilities include auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payments and returns. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with bookkeeping and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes.Ultimately, you will provide us with accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity and cash flows of our business, while ensuring we’re compliant with all tax regulations.Responsibilities:To maintain company’s books of account in tally software.Tally data entry including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation statement.Day to day accounting till finalization P & L a/c & balance sheet.Preparing invoice of sales and purchase orders and various other activities in purchase and sales department and communication with suppliers / vendors/ respective parties.Reconcile accounts payable and receivable,Debtors follow up, handling receivable and payable matter of clients.Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.Report on the company’s financial health and liquidityReinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessaryPerform analysis for monthly and quarterly financial statements.Works under immediate supervision of CFOJob involves going to client side for document collection and payments.Job involves signing new customers for VAT and Accounting requirements while maintaiing existing pool.Smart & aggressive personality is needed.Requirements:Must have 2+ years of work experience as an Accountant.Hands-on experience with accounting software like tally.Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tablesStrong attention to detail and good analytical skillsBSc in Accounting, Finance or B.com or relevant degreeQualification: B.Com/Bsc Accounting /finance,OR M.Com / MBA (Finance) with good academic record or any relevant degreeKnowledge of Advance Excel is mustExperience in Bank Collection is Plus,Experience in UAE VAT is PlusJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: AED5,000.00 /monthExperience:Tally Erp 9: 2 years (Required)Accounting: 2 years (Required)quickbooks: 1 year (Required)Location:Jumeirah (Preferred)
